“Hayashida” is a popular soy sauce ramen shop.
Soy sauce ramen based on chicken broth.
There are two types of ramen, regular Ramen and Tsukemen.
I personally recommend the Tsukemen.

Soup made with duck and Oyama chicken.
・Ramen:
Formulated with several types of carefully selected wheat.
・Tsukemen:
Noodles made with carefully selected wheat and plenty of water.
The noodles contain a large amount of water, and are characterized
by their glossy texture when boiled, and their smooth and chewy texture.

Rice produced in Japan
Tsukemen and Egg over rice.
“Egg over rice” consists of yolk and chicken on top of rice.
Put the noodles in the soy sauce soup.
Soy sauce soup is outstandingly delicious
Soy sauce ramen.
It’s delicious with the combination of chicken stock and soy sauce.
It tastes completely different from Tsukemen.
