Tsukiji Honganji has an oriental atmosphere, such as the characteristic exterior imitating the ancient Indian Buddhist style, the stained glass at the entrance of the main hall,
and the sculptures of many animals.

The temple has a very rare, German pipe organ.
A “Lunchtime Concert” of a pipe organ is held for 30 minutes from 12:20 to 12:50 on the last Friday of every month.
