SUMIDA AQUARIUM

Aquarium

Sumida Aquarium is adjacent to Tokyo Sky Tree.
When you visit Skytree or Solamachi, this is a place you should definitely visit.

What makes Sumida Aquarium different from other aquariums is that the tanks are lit up with bright lights,
and the rest of the space is dimly lit, making it a very relaxing space.

As soon as you enter the entrance, there is a staircase, and the lighting makes it look like you are in the sea.

There is a huge tank, and bubbles are coming out from the bottom, which is very beautiful.

You can also relax with the blue light from the water.

Spotted garden eel is very popular at Sumida Aquarium.

It’s a jellyfish that shines in the light.

There is a penguin area in the middle of the Sumida aquarium.
Each penguin has name and there is a bulletin board where you can see which penguins are couples

There is a fur seal tunnel where you can see fur seals up close.

There is a Penguin Cafe in Sumida Aquarium, so you can buy Penguin Float.
